September 13: Rangeley, ME (mile 1940 ?)

220 miles to go! the trail is starting to mellow out a bit, but it is still kicking my butt nice and hard. i should be done in three weeks or so. ok, i've been AIM'ed to death so i have no energy left to type. i'm well, and i hope everyone out there is well too.

my heart goes out to eveyone affected by the recent terrorist attacks in NY/DC/PA.
