While it may appear that Dreyfus is unleashing some kind of Kung Fu kick on the vet nurse, he is in fact giving his patented "Hey! You were scratching me a few seconds ago, then you stopped. I don't approve! Get back to the scratching, dammit!" move.

Let it be known that once you start scratching Dreyfus, you will continue to do so until he is done with you.

His checkup went very well. All of his numbers were in line, so Dr. Kirmayer (seen here, partially, on the right) put him on the next set of chemo drugs.
