June 22: Front Royal, VA (mile +\- 948)

Spent the last few days conoeing on the Shenandoah River. It felt really different using the arm and upper back muscles. Got a lot of sun but am now ready to get back on the trail. Will be in Harpers Ferry West VA by Sunday and rapidly approaching the half way point (Pine Grove Furnace State Park PA). later
