Dreyfus' medicine protocol used to be a simple matter of "2.5 tables of Phenobarbital twice/day" No problem. This protocol had kept his epilepsy totally under control. His last seizure was almost a year ago!

Now, I feel like I need to hire NASA to deal with his medicine. None of his new meds are as simple as his phenobarb. One medicine is one pill, three times/day. Another is given twice a day, but 1.25 tablets in the AM, 1.75 in the PM. Yet another is 0.75 pills, only in the AM. Pills are easy to split in half, but in quarters? Argh!
